Sales experience is not required, only the drive to be the best!

This is NOT a 9-5, M-F position! This is a position for people who refuse to slow down in pursuit of their goals!

This position is ideal for people who want to work hard and are capable of managing their time to be efficient, and process based.

We will help you set and achieve realistic goals, based on your skills, drive, and sales ability.

Talented and driven individuals who hit their goals will earn $90k+ and can easily make six figures in this position.

Day to Day:

-Self-generate leads

-Perform exterior home inspections and estimates

-Assess and document damage and needs

-Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process and/or the retail home improvement process

-Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline

-Work with the production team to manage the projects through to completion

-Represent yourself and the company with honesty and integrity

Experienced reps will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and receive bonus pay for leading their own team

Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday and Weekends as needed

Pay: $80,000. - $200,000.00 per year

Qualified candidates must be reliable and driven to succeed. You must have a drivers license and reliable vehicle, a smart phone or tablet, and the ability to climb a ladder and walk on a roof.

Most importantly, you should be hungry to learn a proven training system, be outgoing and friendly, a great communicator, and have a willingness to be competitive within a team environment.
